The Standard Fellowship is a focused, structured experience designed to help young men step into responsibility with clarity, discipline, and execution.

This is not motivation.
This is structure, accountability, and measurable follow-through.

We don’t just start something — we guide it through to completion.

  • How It Works

    The Fellowship is a complete pathway — not a one-time program.

    Step 1 — Workshop (Entry Point)
    A small, focused session to introduce expectations, assess readiness, and experience The Standard firsthand.

    Step 2 — The Fellowship (4 Weeks)
    A structured 4-week program focused on discipline, execution systems, and real-world application.

    Step 3 — Continued Follow-Through
    The work does not end when the program does.

    Fellows continue with:

    A 30-day execution check-in (1:1)

    The Standard Review — a 3.5-hour session to evaluate performance, raise the standard, and move forward

    Ongoing connection through The Standard network

  • Who This Is For — and What Fellows Build

    The Standard Fellowship is for young men who are capable of more — but are not yet operating at their standard.

    This includes those who:

    Need more structure and direction

    Struggle with consistency or follow-through

    Are preparing for the next phase of life

    Have potential, but lack execution

    Through the Fellowship, they build:

    Discipline and personal structure

    Execution systems — turning plans into action

    Accountability, follow-through, and stronger decision-making

    Real-world progress and direction

    Focused workshop to assess readiness and introduce expectations

    4-week Fellowship centered on discipline, execution, and real-world application

    30-day execution check-in to reinforce follow-through

    3.5-hour session to evaluate performance, raise the standard, and move forward

    Continued access to The Standard network

    Total Investment: $500

    Workshop (entry): $25

    Fellowship: $475

    The workshop is required and is applied toward the Fellowship for those who move forward.

  • Fellowship Invitation
    We invite a select group of participants to continue into The Standard Fellowship.

    Those accepted begin the 4-week experience and full pathway.
